The Financial Aid Office is open and is accepting in-person and virtual visits. Students may schedule a virtual appointment via Student Success in Blackboard. See our COVID-19 FAQ page for information about related Financial Aid policy updates. You may also contact the office via finaid@uark.edu or 479-575-3806. Please remember, all messages should include your full name, UA ID number, and a brief description of your question. Most financial aid questions can be answered via Razorbot or this website. Billing and refund information is at the Treasurer's Office.
The University of Arkansas Office of Financial Aid is located in 114 Silas Hunt Hall. Hunt Hall is on the corner of Maple and Garland across from the Pat Walker Health Center.
