See Tuition & Fees for Fall 2014 and Spring 2015 grid provided by Treasurer's Office for breakdown of mandatory fees per credit hour.

All Independent or Graduate students will receive $17,128 maintenance allowance which replaces room, board, personal and transportation allowances.  The personal budget/miscellaneous is higher to accommodate any additional expenses an independent student may incur.

Childcare, research, study abroad, additional disability expenses, and computer expenses must be documented before being added to the student's budget.

Loan fees are not calculated in the standard budget. For 2013-2014, the undergraduate loan fee is $72.00 and the graduate and law loan fee is $162.00.  These numbers are based upon the average Stafford loan amount for the previous academic year per career.

Effective Fall 2014, a portion of the base tuition rate increase was due to a revenue neutral reduction in the Network and Data Systems mandatory fee and a directly related increase in base tuition.  The increase in the sum total of undergraduate resident tuition and fees for the 2014-15 academic year is five percent.
